Deep Hole Drilling & Tubesheet Machining
EEServ possesses the specialized tooling and high-pressure through-spindle cooling required to tackle aggressive deep hole drilling in thick custom flanges and heavy tubesheets. We rapidly drill deep holes across complex, hardened materials while maintaining perfect concentricity, drastically reducing processing costs. Our depth capabilities easily extend beyond 13x the drill diameter depending on alloy specs and hole sizing.
